It is high-covering, and quickly dries to a silky matte sheen. The paint is 100% UV and weather resistant and can be used indoors and outdoors. All colors are intermixable. All refill colors are available in 30 milliliter bottles with a fine dispenser. Can also be used as a miniature dripstick.
